MathFlash Fun and macOS Big Sur

MathFlash Fun Desktop Edition was recently released, and unlike other Mac apps, it ships with a rounded-style macOS Big Sur icon.

macOS Big Sur was introduced this year at WWDC 2020, and it brought with it a variety of changes. Many of those changes were visual design changes. Others were backend(code) changes.

Icons

I decided to launch MathFlash Fun Desktop Edition with a Big Sur icon because I know people like simplistic icons like the new macOS icons! I also wanted a Big Sur icon so MathFlash Fun's icon could be consistent on all platforms(iPhone/iPad and Mac)!

Mac Catalyst

Mac Catalyst was introduced at WWDC 2019, and with many improvements at Dub Dub 2020, it felt natural to make MFF a Mac Catalyst app! My finished Catalyst app looked amazing, so I put it on the App Store!
